HR Asst. Manager

Main Roles:
To assist HR Manager in developing Human Resources System, Industrial Relation, Resources Development, Compensation and Benefit and GA as well.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Actively involve developing HR System.
  • Preparing, follow up and monitoring delivery of the training both at HO and Plant and measure the effectiveness.
  • Involve in IR process both in HO and Plant.
  • Involve in Job Analysis activity and Control HR service delivery.
Basic Requirements:
  • Male / Female, max 37 years old of age.
  • Degree in Law or Psychology (preference) from reputable university with IPK Min 2.75 (of 4.0)
  • Having exposure in manufacturing for at least 3 years is an advantage especially in Industrial Relation area, Compensation & Benefit or Recruitment & Training.
  • To be station at Cikarang – Bekasi.
