Job Overview:
To support Chief Finance in prepare budget; monitoring and analyses cash flow and financial ratio, and funding.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and confidence to lead/ supervise team.
- Has minimum 2 years experience in Finance
- Preferably working experience from Manufacture
- Preferably experience 1 year as Supervisor
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Accounting/Finance.
- Familiar with Oracle or SAP is preferably
TAX SUPERVISOR (Cibitung Plant Based)
Requirements:
This position is designed as Tax Supervisor and will be based at our Plant in CIBITUNG.
Responsibility:
- Supervise tax staffs according to their responsibility
- Managing & Handling Company Tax articles (PPN, PPH 21, 23, 24, 25/29)
- Tax submission, tax settlement, tax restitution, tax objective and tax planning (coordinate with superior)
Requirements:
- Priority for candidate with Tax Consultant background
- Exposure in Tax Settlement, Tax restitution, Tax planning
- Confidence to lead/ supervise team & independent type (has minimum supervision from superior)
- Exposure in Taxation (ALL articles)
- Taxation experience minimum 1-2 years
SENIOR HR MANAGER
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years experience in Human Resources spectrum (Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Training, C&B, Performance Management)
- Familiar with Balance Scorecard, Performance Management, HR Strategic
- Expert in managing Labor Union or mass worker
- Priority for those who has exposure in Manufacturing with size for at least around 800-1000 personels
- Ready for frequently traveling across city
Office Management Supervisor (Pulogadung Based)
Requirements
- Ability (Minimum Passive) in Mandarin language is A Must (to deal with Foreign colleagues)
- Minimum 4 years experiences in same position/ General Affairs (handling building's maintenance, office management, vehicles, cleaning service, security, safety, all registration - electricity, building permits, and other General Affair Jobs)
- Having Solid Knowledge of Safety K3, OHAS
RAW MATERIAL BUSINESS - SALES
Classification:
- A Sales & Business Development Person
- Has solid and significant years experience (relevant to its level) on B2B industry, especially on Raw Material trading (Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetic & Personal Health Care)-Good sales achievement & proven track record
- Fluent in English (active communication with overseas principals)
- Owned Drivings license & Willing to travel
