MOTIVATION PROGRAMME OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Design motivation training moduls, evaluates training programme and delivers training for sales force

Requirements:
Specific Requirements :
  • Having minimum 2 years experiences as a "motivator" trainer in banking/financial institution/insurance company. Preferable with experience as a trainer for sales force
  • Able to make Training Need Analysis
  • Able to make Training Evaluation
  • Able to make Training Modul
General Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Programme
  • Have knowledge about : training need analysis, developing training modul
  • Age max. 35 years old
TRAINING DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • instituion/insurance company. Preferable with experience as a trainer for sales
  • force

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

AREA SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing sales event include managing sales force

Requirements:
Specific Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Banking/Insurance Company as Area Sales Manager in Loan division
  • Have experiences managing sales force (until 80 sales person)
  • Have experiences organizing big sales event
  • Willing to placed in Tangerang, Surabaya, Tegal, Padang
General Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Age max. 35.00 years
  • Able to operate microsoft office
