OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP)

Main qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Height: 160 cm minimum Male and Female at least 155 cm
• Regulated health and weight proportional
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Computer literate, at least MS Office
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
• Willing to undergo bond department for 5 years

Special Qualifications

• Maximum age 27 years (not 28 th birthday as of February 1, 2011)
• Education minimum S1 Degree from the PTN / PTS leading and reputable, preferably from the majors:

1. Economy (Banking, Accounting and Development Studies)
2. Law (Civil and Criminal)
3. Computers / Information Management / Information Technology
4. Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural)
5. Psychology
6. Statistics
7. PR (Public Relations)

• Minimum GPA scale 3:00 4:00
• Not married and not willing to get married for 2 years
